Masterfully interpreting ideas and themes in rolled fondant, buttercream, chocolate and gum paste, Tracy, personally designs and hand creates each custom cake.

A completely self-taught cake decorator and designer, Tracy began creating her edible works of art in her own kitchen for her own family.  Cake and craft stores never had that "just right" cake pan so she decided to take matters (and fondant) in her own hands and made the perfect edible work of art for her son's birthday.

Since then, Tracy has been sculpting her way through limitless cake designs from popular cartoon characters to fun, funky and fancy cakes!  Each creative and imaginative cake  that Tracy Cakes brings to life adds an undeniable element of ambiance and character to your event.
